Coach Code of Conduct · Version 1.0 · Last updated September 15, 2026
Coach Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct applies to all coaches on Genvori Fitness. By submitting a coach application, you must review and accept this agreement. It establishes the standards required to coach on Genvori.
1. Professional conduct
Coaches must behave professionally and respectfully toward clients at all times. This includes maintaining appropriate professional boundaries in all coach-client interactions.
2. Truthful representation
You must truthfully represent your identity, experience, certifications, and credentials. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent credentials, or impersonating another person or professional, is strictly prohibited.
3. No harassment or discrimination
You will not engage in harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, threats, intimidation, exploitation, or any abusive behavior toward any person on Genvori.
4. Client information
You will not misuse or unauthorizedly disclose client information. You will not use Genvori client information for purposes unrelated to providing coaching through Genvori.
5. Compliance with laws and policies
You will comply with all applicable laws and with Genvori's policies, including these Terms and the Terms of Service.
6. Scope of practice
Genvori is a fitness and general wellness platform, not a healthcare provider. You must not represent Genvori, or yourself through Genvori, as a healthcare provider. You will not provide unauthorized medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medical prescribing, or represent yourself as a licensed healthcare professional unless you independently hold and clearly disclose the relevant qualification. You must operate within the scope of your actual qualifications and credentials. When a client's situation reasonably requires medical evaluation, you will encourage the client to seek an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
7. Authorization and access
Coach access is granted only after Genvori approves your application. Pending, rejected, or suspended coaches have no access to protected coach functionality or client information. You may access only clients assigned to you. You will not attempt to bypass access restrictions.
8. Investigations and enforcement
Genvori reserves the right to investigate reports involving coaches and to restrict, suspend, reject, or terminate coach accounts for violations of this Code of Conduct. Suspension restricts access to protected functionality without deleting your account or historical records.
9. Changes to this agreement
Genvori may update this Code of Conduct. We will identify the new version when we do and may ask you to accept a new version. By continuing to coach on Genvori after changes take effect, you agree to the updated agreement.
